  • Airport Tax: US$ 50.00 (Usually included in the airplane ticket rate).
  • Tourist Card: US$ 10.00 (To be paid at your entrance to Nicaragua).
  • Local Airport Tax: US$ 2.00 (per person / per route).
  • Not mentioned meals.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Gratuities.
  • Insurance.

The services included in the vouchers will be offered in the same way that is explained in the program.
Rates may change on national holidays, Holly Week, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. 

Each person has the right to the free transfer of 35 KG of luggage, one bag per person. We recommend passengers to be present at any time that their luggage is being handled. Servitours is not responsible for the loss or damage that the luggage could suffer during the trip.

  • Bookings are made upon confirmation of purchase and payment arrangements.
  • Availability subject to confirmation by our suppliers. In case there is no availability in the mentioned hotels, Servitours will offer an option in the same category.
  • At the moment of the booking request, we will inform you the specific cancellation policies of the hotels of the program.
  • If there is a cancellation, and No Show is applied by the hotels, it will be charged according to the policies of each hotel.
  • Our services are pre-paid.
  • Payment can be done by a deposit to our bank account or by credit card.
  • If you pay by bank transfer, please pay all bank charges upfront so that the deposit to our bank account reflects the exact invoice amount.
  • We do not accept credit card payments for amounts of US$ 500.00 and more.
  • In case of not having made the full payment on the day of arrival, your service can be canceled.

As the Tour Operator of this program, we declare that we work as a intermediary between the customer and enterprises to provide the services in the different itineraries such as transportation providers, hotels, air lines, boats, guides, etc. We are responsible for the fulfillment of the services mentioned in the programs, but we decline all responsibilities for any loss, damage, injury, delay, mishap, inconvenience, accident, or irregularity that could occur to the passenger and its ownership due to delays, strikes, earthquake, quarantine, or other major force cause by third parties. SERVITOURS and its agents are not liable for loses or additional expenses, due to changes.

  • Servitours does not take responsibility for delays or cancellations of domestic flights, aquatic transfers or any other service, caused by natural or mechanical events beyond our control. When these changes require an overnight stay or wait for a long time, the passenger will assume the resulting costs (lodging, meals and transportation).
  • All refunds that are rightfully justified will be formalized through the company or person who made the reservation.
  • No direct refund will be made to the client for voluntarily unused services during the trip.
  • Domestic air tickets are not refundable.
  • When making any changes to your reservation or cancellation, the policies that apply depend on each specific hotel.
  • Any changes in your booking are subject to availability.
