Each person has the right to the free transfer of 35 KG of luggage, one bag per person. We recommend passengers to be present at any time that their luggage is being handled. Servitours is not responsible for the loss or damage that the luggage could suffer during the trip.
As the Tour Operator of this program, we declare that we work as a intermediary between the customer and enterprises to provide the services in the different itineraries such as transportation providers, hotels, air lines, boats, guides, etc. We are responsible for the fulfillment of the services mentioned in the programs, but we decline all responsibilities for any loss, damage, injury, delay, mishap, inconvenience, accident, or irregularity that could occur to the passenger and its ownership due to delays, strikes, earthquake, quarantine, or other major force cause by third parties. SERVITOURS and its agents are not liable for loses or additional expenses, due to changes.
All reservations must be done by email, telephone or directly at our office.
Changes and cancellations
- All services cancelled voluntarily by the customers during their itinerary won’t be refund.
- Reservations made within 30 days prior arrival should be accompanied by full payment, in some cases (such as heavily booked dates), may be required immediately.
- If before travelling, there’s a major reason why the trip cannot be done, the client will have the partial reimbursement of the money. We will try to negotiate the best possible outcome for you.
- The client can make a cancellation of the required services in any moment having the rights of money devolution by the following terms: 30% of penalty of the entire trip if the cancellation is done 30 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is received in our office the day of arrival, there is a 30% refund.
- All fares are in USD American dollars per person.
- Rates could increase during High Season: National holidays, Holly Week, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
- There’s a 30% discount for Children ages 2-12 years old sharing room with 2 adults. No charges for infants under 2 years old.
- For groups, in order to guarantee reservations in the hotels, we needed an advance 30% or the total amount of payment 1 ½ month before the arrival. In case of having a pending balance it should be fully payed at least 20 days before their arrival.
- Payment can be done by a deposit to our bank account or by credit card (the payment should be U$ 500 maximum).
Juridical regulations and acceptance of the conditions
The contract has an obligated completion by both sides of the agreed terms, and is formed by the clauses of the General Conditions in this pamphlet. It is considered completed when the agency gives the bonus and vouchers from the services included in the trip which conclude the formalization of it.
