Estimada Leonor: Déjame darte las gracias y mis felicitaciones por habernos brindado este estupendo programa para conocer Nicaragua. Servitours hizo una labor grandiosa con sus buses, chofer y guía. Todo tan profesional. Gracias por habernos proporcionado agua en todos los viajes, los snacks que nos tenían preparados en el van y para cerrar con brocha de oro, las tortugas de cerámica de recuerdo serán inolvidables. Su guía Roberto es de lo mejor que he visto en todos mis viajes. Su atención, servicio, y conocimiento de Nicaragua nos ha dejado una impresión inolvidable de su país.

El diseño del viaje y la atención que recibimos por parte de la agencia local fue estupendo. Nicaragua es un país que vale la pena visitar porque dispone de muchos sitios de interés muy cercanos. Por otro lado la actitud de sus gentes es muy buena y tienen ganas de desarrollar su turismo y de gustar al viajero.

Nicaragua tiene el encanto de los países pendientes de descubrir por la gran masa de turistas. Puedes encontrar con facilidad, cultura, naturaleza salvaje, y aventura – buceo, snorkel, tirolinas, senderismo, sandboarding, kayak… siempre rodeados de una población amable y dispuesta a ayudar al visitante. Fácil accesibilidad, todo a pocos kms de distancia. Buenas carreteras en la zona oeste del país que facilitan los desplazamientos, y conexiones aéreas con la zona este, ágiles y frecuentes.

Nos impresionó la visita al tejado de la catedral de León. Es una visita obligada. Un escenario único. Las aves espectaculares en Juan Venado. Recorrer Granada a pie, en coche y en carruaje. De las tres maneras la vimos. El paseo por el cráter de Mombacho también excelente. La caminata a la cascada San Ramón que tanto miedo nos daba por si no éramos capaces de hacerla fue magnífica y el Baño en el Ojo de Agua fantástico. Los colores de las dos piscinas llaman mucho la atención. El Resort (Pelican Eyes) y los tres restaurantes en los que cenamos en San Juan del Sur para no olvidar: G&G Gourmet, El Bocadito y Barrio Café.

Doña Leonor estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Desde el principio hasta el final. La excelente red de carreteras del país. Sin duda, la envidia de países cercanos e, incluso, con más tradición y experiencia turística. Enrique y Jose Luís, los dos guías que tuvimos en la mayor parte del viaje. Los hoteles, excelentes. La enorme amabilidad de toda la gente, tanto en hoteles, restaurantes o en la misma calle. Y, por supuesto, los atractivos vistados, tanto de naturaleza como de ciudades coloniales.

Thank you very much for providing us with your services for our visit to Nicaragua from July 20-July 25. Your drivers and guides, Martin, Milton, and Juan were always on time, helpful, and friendly. We were very happy with our hotels, the Holiday Inn, Alhambra, and Las Mercedes. The central locations of the Alhambra and Las Mercedes made our stays in Leon and Granada very enjoyable being that we could just walk right out of our hotel and be right in the middle of all the action. This was one of the most important aspects of our tour. And the itinerary of our 5 day, 4 night tour was just about perfect. The combination of city tours and visits to natural points of interest such as the volcano and Lake Nicaragua was a great balance. We really enjoyed our visit to the private island and kayaking! And it was nice that admissions to the various museums, volcano, and boat ride were included in our tour. It makes it more enjoyable for us when we don’t have to think about paying for yet another attraction that we may or may not want to visit. And thank you again for providing us with a driver to visit Boaco. Traveling up into the mountains was one of the big highlights of our visit. Once again, thanks to you, we really enjoyed our trip!

Tania – You did such a wonderful job planning and booking our trip that giving you a gift was our pleasure. Everything was excellent and especially the guides Eduardo and Edgard. They are quite different people and we enjoyed being with them both. We really liked the accommodations at each stop. The owners/managers were friendly and helpful and added a lot to our experience. One small thing about Peace and Love Farm – it was not understood that a prepared breakfast was included and when I asked they said no. However, they provided us with coffee, juice, jam, fruits, homemade bread, etc. so it worked out very nicely. We thought Little Corn was just wonderful with the walks to town through the forest and all the friendly people. Edgard speaks exceptional English, knows his natural history very well, and is one of the nicest and most professional guides that we have encountered anywhere in the world. Eduardo, of course is just a delight to be with, especially on Ometepe Island where he seems to know everybody. We will recommend you and Servitourstravel to all our friends and hopefully some of them will come to be wonderful country.
